Ezylink is an accounting interface that connects Fred Office Plus to your accounting system, so the numbers only get entered once.
At the end of each day, week or trading period, Ezylink takes your Fred Office sales, sales by tender type, supplier invoices by department and debtor transactions, formats them to your accounting package's requirements and posts them across. You choose when it runs, and you get an email confirmation when it's done.
It works with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Reckon, Sage, Attache and other major packages, and runs on Windows 10 or higher. Data is processed locally on your machine, and anything sent to ABCis is protected by Google Cloud security.
The result: bookkeeping hours back each week, accurate figures in your accounts, and accounting reports that reconcile without a month-end scramble.

Pricing Description
Pricing is a one-off implementation fee plus an ongoing monthly or annual subscription, scaled to the number of locations. A discounted rate applies to groups of more than five sites, and there is no long-term contract. Contact ABCis for a quote tailored to your pharmacy. Additional fees: POS or accounting package changeover $110 ex GST; software re-installation $110 ex GST.

How to Install
Ezylink is configured and installed by the ABCis team - there is no self-install. Register at myezylink.com.au or contact ABCis, and we will confirm your Fred Office setup and accounting package, build and test the interface to your chart of accounts, install the Ezylink client on your nominated PC and train your bookkeeper. Typical implementation takes 2-4 weeks.

The figures that reach your accounts are the ones your POS already holds, so stock, sales and cost of goods agree without anyone reconciling them.
