The Fred Customer Service team is dedicated to helping you succeed with all your Fred applications and solutions, providing ongoing assistance through flexible training and services for your Fred software. Customer experience survey

Information about our Customer Experience Survey

To better understand how we can improve as as your pharmacy IT partner we invite our customers to complete an annual National Customer Experience Survey.

The 2024 survey invitation will be sent via email to every Fred Customer. The confidential survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and is designed to capture what is most important to you and your business when working with our products and services.
