VigilantLabs ADR Reporting brings pharmacovigilance closer to the point of dispensing through the Fred Dispense Plus AppBar. It is designed to help pharmacists identify and report suspected adverse drug reactions without leaving Fred Dispense Plus, reducing context switching and the need to re-key information already available in the dispensing workflow.
Relevant medication, dispensing and de-identified patient details can be pre-populated, allowing the pharmacist to add the clinical observation and submit a structured report through the VigilantLabs platform. The solution is designed to generate TGA-compatible output while supporting secure data handling and auditability.
By making reporting quicker and easier to access, VigilantLabs supports pharmacists in contributing valuable suspected ADR information to national medicine-safety monitoring.

VigilantLabs develops cloud-based pharmacovigilance software that helps healthcare organisations manage adverse events, safety reporting and regulatory workflows. Its solutions are designed to make drug-safety processes more efficient, structured and accessible while supporting data integrity, privacy and secure information handling.
Through its integration with Fred Dispense Plus, VigilantLabs brings suspected adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting closer to the point of dispensing. Pharmacists can access the reporting experience from the Fred Dispense Plus AppBar, reducing context switching and repeated data entry when a suspected reaction is identified.
VigilantLabs is building a phased safety platform that begins with embedded ADR reporting and is designed to extend to context-aware prompts, reporting status visibility and de-identified safety insights. The aim is to help pharmacies make a practical contribution to medicine safety without adding unnecessary complexity to the dispensing workflow.
